Our company has been working with Employ Source since about Feb of 2013.  During that time they have been an excellent business partner.  The people that work there are of the highest caliber and go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating.  Here are a couple of examples:

• When we first started working together, I expressed the desire to eliminate the keypunching that we had been doing when we do payroll.  I wanted to be able to export a time and attendance report from my accounting system, e-mail it to them and have that be uploaded into their software.  Thus saving both companies time and effort and at the same time providing greater accuracy.  Carolyn at Employ Source took the file, created a customized upload feature into their software.  It has worked well since the time it was created and saved hours in payroll processing on our side.
• They have a good payroll management system that provides reporting that we use.  However, at times I need reports that are outside of the norm of what I typically use that software for.  On those occasions I simply e-mail or call Carrie or Dawn or another employee and they get me what I want quickly.  I always feel like my needs are a priority to the company.
• Bill Lehman is on site every week to take care of the needs of the temporary employees that we lease from Employ Source.  He has helped our efforts with better training and on-boarding of these employees.

I highly recommend Employ Source as a payroll provider and a temporary employee service providers.  The are great to work with.
